Welcome to the Personality Project.
We as an organization seek to spread information and awareness on Introversion and Extroversion, two personality types that are often misrepresented or misunderstood in our lives. Our goal is to promote self introspection as well as to facilitate better real-world relationships through an understanding of personality. With that said, we invite you to explore this website to get an idea on what Introversion and Extroversion truly mean.

Why is this important?
Everyday, we make new connections with peers and others all around us. Yet, a lack of proper understanding of how different people interact can lead to tension in our relationships, be it with family, friends, or even the strangers we meet on the street. To develop a better sense of these relationships, we need to learn about these personality types and how they relate to ourselves and those close to us. Doing so will make us better family members, better friends, better coworkers, better peers, and better people. In addition, the self reflection of identifying one's own personality and style will lead to a better understanding of oneself in the larger societal setting. It will help to identify ones strengths and weaknesses, aiding development as individuals and furthering awareness of how to interact on a daily life. An understanding of personality in regards to introversion and extroversion will aid your society, your relationships, and most importantly, you as an individual.
